The Lapu-Lapu City Government and Council offered a wreath at the Martyr of Bangkusay in Macabebe, Pampanga. This was part of the 2021 Quincentennial Commemoration in the Philippines Stakeholders’ Luzon Meeting held in Pampanga on 15 October 2019 and in promotion of the 500th anniversary of the Victory at Mactan.
