The Lapu-Lapu City Government and Council offered a wreath at the Sentinel of Freedom (Lapulapu Monument), Rizal Park, Manila. This was part of the 2021 Quincentennial Commemoration in the Philippines Stakeholders’ Luzon Meeting and in promotion of the 500th anniversary of the Victory at Mactan.
